Explore with two thumbs

Left thumb · TopicsRight thumb · Content

Rest a thumb on each knob and slide sideways to tune. Move slowly for precision, then lift and reposition to continue. Use either thumb on its own, or both together.

Topics wheel

Drag the Topics knob sideways or up and down to explore a different part of the idea. Start anywhere on its recessed surface. The orange needle moves from the top.

Content wheel

Drag the Content knob sideways or up and down to explore within a topic. Lift and reposition to continue. The blue needle moves from the bottom.

Mouse wheel or trackpad

Hover over either knob and turn your mouse wheel to tune. On a trackpad, scroll with two fingers horizontally or vertically. No click is needed.

Fine tuning

Drag slowly for precision, or swipe faster to explore further. Arrow keys also work; hold Shift for finer control. Topics and content both loop from 100 back to 0.

Choose an idea

Open Stations and choose Tune in. Opening Stations or this guide pauses listening.

Optional motion

An amber light means motion is on.

Switch Motion on below either knob, or enable both. Hold comfortably as motion starts. Move forward or back for Topics, left or right for Content. Hold still to stay on a frequency. Switch Motion off and on to reset your holding position, or touch a knob to return that control to manual tuning.

Haptics creates a gentle vibration texture as you approach a signal. Use the Haptics button below the knobs to turn it off or on. Available on supported phones with vibration enabled.
